Governance

The Nevada Board of Directors serves as the legal governing body of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). The Board is made up of advisers, post-secondary educators, administrators, business and industry representatives, and two state executive council members. The Board’s primary responsibilities include setting policies related to programs, personnel, and fiscal matters, as well as ensuring sound management of the organization. The Board also reviews and acts upon recommendations from the state adviser concerning the management of personnel, programs, and fiscal matters.
