Step 1: Develop a points system for members.

Step 2: Create challenges like attending events, sharing content, interacting on social media, etc. 

Step 3: Offer rewards and prizes for members who participate and gain points in alignment with your point system. 

Step 4; Design a leaderboard and showcase the top performers in your Chapter! 

Step 1: Create a unique, chapter-affiliated hashtag for challenge entries (ex: #NevadaHighFCCLA)

Step 2: Set clear guidelines, including submission and content ideas

Step 3: Offer incentives, like prizes, and have a log of submissions which is updated daily or weekly

Step 4: All posts using the specific hashtag get reposted, and the leaderboard can be based on number of posts

Step 1: Host a “Member Spotlight” to recognize achievements. 

Step 2: Plan a themed meeting to bring members together.

Step 3: Show photos from past events to relive memories.

Step 4: Send a thank-you note to a fellow member or adviser. 

Step 1: Set one or more clear goals that can be measured for the challenge (i.e. raising funds, completing volunteer hours, showing up to X number of meetings/events)

Step 2: Divide into teams (i.e. classes, grade level, etc.)

Step 3: Track progress and create a leaderboard or recognition system

Step 4: Offer incentives for winning team(s) (i.e. pizza party, ice cream social, etc.)
