General Rules and Guidelines

State Proficiency Events Program events, (PEP events) will be conducted following the Nevada State Proficiency Events Manual. Participants compete for individual, team and chapter awards. Each participant will receive a gold, silver or bronze medal based on his or her score. Participants will be evaluated on the basis of a defined standard. The rating sheets for the different proficiency events are not all the same.

PEP (Proficiency Events Program) Events are only offered at the state level and will not advance to the National Leadership Conference
