We welcome dynamic, qualified and interested applicants to apply. Applications open March 2 through May 15.

RFP Timeline:

  • RFP Issued: March 2, 2026

  • Inquiry Deadline: April 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm

  • Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026 at 5:00pm

  • Selection Committee Review of Applications April 20-23, 2026

  • Contract Award: May 1, 2026

  • Contracting Approved and Signed by June 1, 2026

  • Contact Service Period: July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027
