Hannah Sheldon is a senior and will be graduating from Moapa Valley High School in the year 2016; she is currently serving as the State President. Hannah has enjoyed being a member of FCCLA for three years. She has served as the Vice President of Records in her chapter, and Vice President of Membership on the State Executive Council. She is thrilled to be serving her last year in high school as President. Hannah has competed in one STAR Event, which was Life Event Planning, where she received a silver medal and qualified to go to the FCCLA National Conference. Hannah believes that FCCLA has shaped her into a more motivated, professional, and dedicated person. What Hannah enjoys most about FCCLA are the opportunities she has to make new friends, travel, and be involved.
Besides FCCLA, Hannah has also participated in; soccer, track and field, flag football, swim, glee, theater, and student council. Hannah loves to occupy her time with many different activities. After graduation, Hannah hopes to be accepted to her first choice school, BYU Hawaii, and major in communications with a minor in English. Hannah also has a goal of studying abroad. She is extremely interested in learning about new cultures through her travels and experiences. Though she knows the education she wants to pursue, Hannah is still unsure of what career path she wishes to take.
If she isn’t working on school projects or at practice, you can find Hannah reading romance novels, or watching her favorite show, Supernatural. Hannah loves the color yellow and is a die-hard Harry Potter fan.
